As a central function responsible for most of the operational and financial models across the organisation, our Analytics & Modelling department builds the analytical foundation to support decision-making. Both roles will help shape how we work with data, models, and performance insights to drive strategic choices and Momentum’s growth journey.
Momentum Energy Group is a key player in Denmark’s transition to clean energy sources. Our activities span the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects, from a development pipeline of several gigawatts, to being one of Denmark’s largest owners of onshore wind turbines. Our portfolio covers wind, solar PV, and hybrid projects, and we operate across Denmark, Germany, and Sweden.
With our innovative approach to renewable energy, we deliver tailored solutions for renewable assets to pushing boundaries in recycling and refurbishment. We were the first company to successfully complete an offshore repowering project in Bockstigen, Sweden, and we continue to lead the way in accelerating the transition to clean energy.
Your role
Shared focus areas
In Analytics & Modelling, you will work closely with senior management and the Board, gaining exposure to a wide range of strategic and operational challenges.
Whichever role you take on, you will contribute to analyses that create transparency around business performance – from evaluating the performance of energy assets and analysing power market trends, to uncovering production drivers, assessing profitability across business areas, testing investment assumptions, and understanding the impact of market or regulatory changes.
Because of the team’s broad exposure to different parts of the business, many of these tasks will be carried out in close collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation, including senior management and the Board.

Just as importantly, you are eager to contribute to the continued development of the team – both professionally and socially.
Qualifications

While prior experience in renewable energy or the energy market is a plus, it is not a requirement – an analytical mindset and the ability to learn quickly are more important.
