Your areas of responsibility? 
You'll be part of our Risk Management team where you and your colleagues will be working to enhance our  risk management capabilities across our renewable energy portfolio. Your primary focus will be analyzing and reporting on market risks in our European onshore wind and solar assets. You will be working closely with executive management in an informal and dynamic environment where your insights will play a key role in shaping our risk management evolution. 

In addition, your work tasks will include,

• Understanding the dynamics of the energy industry (within onshore wind and solar PV), identifying risks related to activities and reporting on compliance with the mandate set by the organisation 
• Developing and optimizing quantitative risk analysis for our renewable energy portfolio, focusing on market, credit, and operational risks
• Assisting in performing regular risk assessments, monitoring, and reporting
• Conducting and improving production forecasting methodology 
• Maintaining and improving our inhouse risk management system

We are a team of 60 passionate professionals based in Roskilde, and you will join our Risk Management department. As a member of the team, you will collaborate closely with talented, supportive, and dedicated colleagues. Your role will be integral in cultivating a robust asset pipeline and providing financial modelling support for valuation and development projects.

Who are you?
We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with 

• At least 2-5 years of professional experience within energy sector with good understanding of the power market, ideally within risk management or market analytics
• Financial modelling skills (e.g. Excel for quantitative analysis, SQL or Python)
• A strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English skills is required.
• Good commercial acumen with stakeholder management capabilities 
• Proficiency or interest in PowerBI is an advantage
